Yoga Nidra is the practice of conscious relaxation. The art of learning how to relax deeply. Through this systematic method of diving into the subtle bodies - the Kosha's we dissolve the 3 fold tensions at the deepest levels and witness the nature of our true selves. Yoga Nidra can treat insomnia, anxiety and many other psychosomatic illnesses as well as assist us in releasing old habits and behaviours. Yoga Nidra is a tool that can be used to feel physically recharged, mentally relaxed, communing with spirit, and one's overall well-being. Learn the magic of this transformative practice and the tools to facilitate it!
This training is open to the public and suitable for Yoga instructors, students, wellness instructors, coaches, mental health counselors, doctors, nurses, social workers, psychologists, and other health care professionals. It is an opportunity to offer anyone who would like to offer students/clients a personal experience of blissful relaxation with the ability to witness how one can change the mind. It is also a beautiful journey of self-inquiry and truly discovering the inner world beyond the senses.
