COURSE DESCRIPTION


Yoga Nidra introduces us to the mystery and manifestation of Sankalpa in our very own worlds.  The more we practice Yoga Nidra, we begin to realize that Sankalpa has been there all along we just haven't been taught how to uncover it and use it.  It's our duty to uncover the beauty of who and what we really are, and discover our inner creative tools and wisdom to manifest this in the world.  


This course is a one of a kind offering that will take you on a journey of introducing you to your innermost authentic self, help you identify patterns that block your relationship with your inuition - (your universal co-creator), and most importantly, connect you to the inner tools you already have to create and plant your seed(s) of Sankalpa.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Yoga Nidra is the practice of conscious relaxation.  The art of learning how to relax deeply.  Through this systematic method of diving into the subtle bodies - the Kosha's we dissolve the 3 fold tensions at the deepest levels and witness the nature of our true selves.  Yoga Nidra can treat insomnia, anxiety and many other psychosomatic illnesses as well as assist us in releasing old habits and behaviours.  Yoga Nidra is a tool that can be used to feel physically recharged, mentally relaxed, communing with spirit, and one's overall well-being.  Learn the magic of this transformative practice and the tools to facilitate it!



COURSE OVERVIEW

This training is open to the public and suitable for Yoga instructors, students, wellness instructors, coaches, mental health counselors, doctors, nurses, social workers, psychologists, and other health care professionals.  It is an opportunity to offer anyone who would like to offer students/clients a personal experience of blissful relaxation with the ability to witness how one can change the mind.   It is also a beautiful journey of self-inquiry and truly discovering the inner world beyond the senses.

COURSE AND REGISTRATION

  • Each module will have pdf's and personal relfections 
  • Fees include the training, manual, recorded sessions and certificate
  • This training prepares you to facilitate and offer yoga nidra sessions to individuals and groups
  • For those who have an intention to facilitate will have a scheduled practicum with me the last day of the course
  • Yoga instructors - this course will go towards your Yoga Alliance Teacher Training hours
  • You will only receive a certificate upon compeltion of the course
